The Same Page is from Kennett Square, PA. Playing together since 2001, the band has endured hardships and lineup changes. In 2002, a compilation titled What Is That You Breathe was released to a mixed reception. In the spring of 2003, the band started work on their second album. Recorded at home (Dan's farmhouse), the band looked for a more melodic side and looked to expand their style. The album is currently being finished and expected to be released this winter. With another lineup change looming in March of 2004, the band will move on and record their third album with Daniel Smith of the critically aclaimed Danielson Famile. The Same Page's style has been compared to Jawbox and Camden. The band looks for 2004 to be there breakout year and maybe get on an independent label willing to collaborate with them.
