There

Formed in 1995 with members Jake Hamilton on bass and lead vocals, Andrew Shadrawy on guitar, and Vic Dobson on drums, There released their self-titled debut album in 1997 on their own label. "...guitar heavy riffs with lots of aural pyrotechnics, heavy cymbal-drum combinations, thick supporting bass and a full melodic voice..." - N.E. Performer. The album received a warm welcome in Boston and airplay around N.E.

There toured constantly throughout 1998, and in 1999, the trio released There II, which kicks into action with the Zeppelin-esque "All Over For You," and it just doesn't quit. "There epitomizes Good Time Rock and Roll." - Instant "...spirited and catchy power chord drenched songs...", The Boston Globe The record received regular airplay all over Boston radio including WAAF, WFNX, and WBCN, who invited There to play the Rock N' Roll Rumble in 2000.

Their fall tour ended at the third annual "Redneckfest" with such Boston heavies as Scissorfight, Milligram, and RC Crimewave. Then in 2001, the band released There III, a climax of There's sound, crossing their full range of styles and achieving their strongest writing and arranging to date. From the Sabbath-heavy "Average Man," to the heart-ripping acceleration of "Motorchild," There is as completely at ease cranking out their riff-roaring sound in the studio as they are on stage. Constant touring followed. "(There) is needed now more than ever, and despite it's self-imposed "dated style" still sounds fresher and more alive than 97% of everything on the radio" - The Noise

Now Producer/Writer/Lead Vocalist/Bass Player Jake Hamilton has assembled the band's most potent release yet, the live compilation We Are still through their own independent label. "More riff rock than you can shake a dime-bag at..." -N.E. Performer. "...the sole torch carriers for rampant, shameless rock & roll decadence" - The Weekly Dig "...the most perfectly reckless bull-in-the-china shop rock ever played around here" - The Noise
