Railsplitter

Big fat hairy riffs and food, the founding principles of Railsplitter. In the hot as hell month of June '02, four FL fat-asses started brewing their own sauces and bangin' out swamp rock operas, merging the arts of backyard barbeque and head-crushing riffage.

From west Volusia, Polk, and south Georgia, Railsplitter follows in the fine Florida tradition of bands such as them Skynrd boys, Tom Petty, Black Sabbath, and AC/DC. They eat that shit up. All slathered in their own Fat Guy Peppermash hot sauce, of course. You can take it to the dirt track and put it on your funnel cake, too. In January of '03, Railsplitter recorded six songs at Atomic Audio in Tampoon FL.

There was a guy down the street selling some kick ass cajun boiled peanuts on the corner. The record will be released on vinyl from City of Hell Records as soon as they get their shit together. Damn, I really want some peanuts. With a new full-length in the works and plans to get their hot sauce FDA approved, Railsplitter plans to be blowing out eardrums and rectums across the South for years to come. Look for the new record in stores soon, and look for the hot sauce at your local flea market. Enjoy, it only gets brutaller from here on out.
