Ann Beretta
Founded in 1996, after the breakup of legendary band, Inquistion, Ann Beretta is one of the most exciting punk bands in the U.S. today. Taking straight-forward punk rock, combining it with rockabilly, a little country, and a whole lot of rock-n-roll, Ann Beretta developed a sound that has peaked interest of other bands, and fans alike. Influenced by such classic punk bands as The Clash, The Ramones, Green Day, and Rancid with personal and political themes, Ann Beretta has created a formula that gives them their own sound, which works incredibly well and kids around the world love. After releasing their debut album, Bitter Tongues, on Fueled By Ramen Records, Ann Beretta released their next two albums, To All Our Fallen Heroes, & New Union
Old Glory on Lookout! Records. Ann Berettas newest release (tentatively titled Three Chord Revolution), their debut with the Union 2112 (Union Label Group), is due to drop in records stores all over the North America on October 21st, 2003.
Ann Beretta has spent the past three years touring, both headlining, and supporting with such bands as AFI, Alkaline Trio, Less Than Jake, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Hot Water Music, Strike Anywhere, The Bouncing Souls, and many others.
A limited-run full-length acoustic album was released in the Spring of 1999 called The Other Side Of The Coin, which was reissued in the Spring of 2003 by Thrown Brick Records.
